Do
Keep both hands clearly visible in frame at all times- Record natural, everyday activities (cooking, cleaning, etc.)
- Hold your phone at head height with the mount for the best angle
- Ensure hands are well-lit and not obscured by shadows
- Make natural movements — avoid forced or repetitive gestures
DON'T
Allow faces (yours or others') to appear in the footage- Record documents, ID cards, bank details, or screens showing faces — or any contextual elements that can help identify an individual
- Cover your hands or keep them out of frame for extended periods
- Record sensitive content — it will be marked as ineligible
- Record in extremely dark environments without a flashlight
